By means of questionaire, the morales of the clinical nurses in the Health Center was investigated in 52 persons. Sampled at sensus method from February to March in 1980. Positive aspects were abserved in personnel management (57.69%), work loads (78.85%), promotion of status (73.08%), usage one’s originality (57.69%), human relations with manager (59.62%), Individual quality and ability (59.62%) Individual health maintenance (86.54%), Interpersonal relationship among their colleagues (93.73%) and position in the community (51.93%). However, negative results were found in sarlary (86.54%), promotion of the post Inservice Trainning (86.37%), budget management (65.38%), belonging to division or post (67.30%), desirment of separation from position (67.31%), social status or honour (63.46%), social treatment (59.62%), importance and gravity (63.46%) and reconcilation of educational theory and practice (67.31%).
